We ship worldwide with registered air mail or express courier services and provide tracking number. Normal shipping takes 2-4 weeks, express shipping takes 5-10 days, but due to COVID-induced restrictions, it could be longer these days
We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped
We do our best to investigate lost packages. A parcels is “lost”, when 2 months have passed from the shipping date

If there was a mistake made by our fault, you may return our item for refund or exchange (we will offer you different size or other item, which is more suitable for you). Please contact us within 3 days after the delivery for exchange or refund instructions
Item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, UNWORN condition
